Accelerator Section Recognizes Member's Efforts
The board of directors of the Accelerator Section voted unanimously to formally recognize the continuing efforts of Linnea Wahl as the section's newsletter editor. Linnea's devotion and contributions to the section were cited by Past President Sayed Rokni at the annual business meeting of the Accelerator Section. Health Physics Society photographer, Casper Sun, was on hand to record this special event. On behalf of the past president, and the board of directors of the accelerator section, we are pleased to recognize such an outstanding member of our section. Linnea has faithfully executed her duties for the past four years and is the main mechanism through which the section interacts with all of its members as well as international health physics working in the special field of accelerator health physics. Linnea has also recently stepped into the breach to spearhead the section's initiative to update and revamp its web page. Thanks for all your hard work and congratulations Linnea!!!
