CRMCHPS Membership

The CRMCHPS has approximately 90 members, representing academia, government, and the private sector.  All members of the (national) HPS residing Colorado or Wyoming are automatically considered members of the CRMCHPS upon receipt by the Chapter Officers of an Application Form and payment of Chapter dues ($10 per year).  Any person engaged in a field related to health physics or with an avid interest in the profession, as well as persons outside of Colorado and Wyoming, can join the Chapter by submitting an application with the approval signatures of two sponsors who are members of the Chapter.  This application must then be approved by the Executive Council.  Upon receipt of annual Chapter dues, the applicant shall be entitled to all the privileges of membership (except the right to hold specific offices).

Members of the Chapter receive information about Chapter activities, such as dinner meetings, as well as the membership directory.  Chapter activities provide a great opportunity to meet others interested in radiation safety and learn about current projects in the area.
